Heard from my surgeon!!!!
After waiting in angst 
for 2 days, I finally heard from him this evening! I am going into the hospital tomorrow at 7 am for my infusion of antibodies, then surgery will be scheduled for 10:30 or 11 tomorrow! I don't have to tell you guys how totally excited I am!!!!!
This process with the insurance, doctors, etc, has been so easy for us. I really feel like this is what I am "meant" or being led to do. 
It's really great when our plan for our lives is met with such graciousness from above, you know?
