surgery cancelled

Just wanted to say thanks for everyones warm wishes on my surgery which was suppose to be may 10th but it has been cancelled as of today. I wish all of you having surgery the best of luck and my prayers will be with u. Jess

why did they cancel it?

My surgery was cancelled because the dr just found out that they had me scheduled on a day with 3 other patients and because mine is a revision from my old drs mistake they want me to have the surgery on a day they dont have any other bariatric surgerys plus they suggest that i maybe have a different procedure done with a different dr if it was possible cause that doctor has the best results with it. But my insurance wont cover that procedure. They do plan on rescheduling but who knows when they can get me in.

This is very true. And as the day goes on im feeling better and know that the surgeon is only doing what is best for me. And I will be having it done still just at a later date. Thank you Jess
