Surgery next week

I am having surgery on May 11th. I am kind of nervous but excited as well. Can anyone give me some advice on how to calm my nerves?

Hiya Lisa. Surgery Monday here, and I'm getting nervous too. Unfortunately, all the ideas I have to calm my nerves involve screwing up my blood tests... Just hang in there are and enjoy the ride. We're gonna do great! Joe
