Fancy Profiles ???

I'm so excitted that I found this wonderful group of people that are having surgery in May. I was wondering if anyone know's how to get a fancy profile? Mine looks so boring. I'm having surgery on May 5 at 7:45 a.m. 05-05-05 and the best thing is... it's the National Day of Prayer. Sincerely... Christy Leigh
