surgery tomorrow morning

Well my BIG day will finally be here tomorrow morning, I have to be at the hospital at 6:00a.m & I am suppose to be the first one. (Hope he has had a couple cups of coffee) ha ha.. I will be at Lanier Park Campus of North East Ga. Medical Center, Dr. Procter will be doing my surgery. I wanted to thank everyone for all the prayers, just keep them coming. I am so nervous. I have cleaned EVERYTHING in my house today. Including celing fans & baseboards, just gotta stay busy. Bowel prep starts at 5:00p.m today & I'm sure that will be fun. Thank you all & I know I have never met many of you but I feel like you all are family to me & I love each & everyone of you. The support really helps. Tammy Gunter

Good Luck with surgery tomorrow.. I am right behind you.. My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday morning at Emory Dunwoody Medical Center. I also am to be his first surgery for the day.. So this ole gal will be up and on the road early also. In fact since I live 3 hours from there I am driving up on Tuesday afternoon and spending the nite. I will definitely have you in my prayers and thoughts tomorrow. Will there be someone to come online tomorrow and update us? I will be looking to hear from you when we are both on the losing side....See you soon...... Patrice

Lucky you!! I have to be to the hospital at 7:30am, but I'm second! I was hoping to be first to get it over with and not have to sit and wait. I hope your bowel prep went smooth! I had to do mine Saturday and my backside is still ticked at me!! Good luck and I'll see you on the other side!!

You and me both, tomorrow, Tammy! I'll be checking in at 6:30 and am due to have my surgery at 8. I'm having mine at Swedish/Ballard in Seattle. I live about 2 hours away from the hospital so hubby and I are getting a hotel near the hospital tonight so I don't have to drive so far so early in the morning. My mom came up from AZ to stay with the kids while I'm gone. Prayers for you tomorrow, Tammy! I look forward to talking to you 'on the other side'! Michelle
