to Curves? Not like I have been going a ton lately, with all my Dr. appts I feel like I am playing catch up afterwards. By the way, I can only go during lunchtime at work, hope that makes a little more sense. But I only have 4 more lunchtimes left before surgery and was hoping to meet a few friends out for lunch. I have been walking with my neighbor at night, per PCP's orders! He said if you cant make it to Curves...Walk.Walk.Walk.Walk!!!!!! The lady at Curves said she could freeze my membership after surgery.

Heidi, Don't have a clue....but do you like Curves? I was thinking about that for post-op and haven't gone in yet to check it out. Best of Luck with EVERYTHING! Sally

hi Heidi, My surgeon told me that I could start back with curves 6-8 weeks post op. I will be having the open procedure as well. If I were you I'd ask my surgeon what he thinks first. Curves is a wonderful place, though admittedly I've not been back since my surgery approval, it just seems like I can never find the time. But I've committed myself to going back starting this week in order to get my heart as strong as possible before surgery. Best of luck to you on your Journey. Morgan

Well, that is good. It will save me some $$$! The one I go to is by work anyway. I did not walk yesterday but does being on your feet extended periods of time and gardening count? OK, I need to walk today! This time next week I will be on a liquid diet!!! OMGosh!!!!
