2 MORE DAYS!!!!! MAY 2

I cannot believe it! My surgery is on May 2....soooooooo nervous, but I guess I'm ready as I'll ever be. Still deciding on what my last meal is going to be, and finally realizing that my love affair with food is about to be over. WOW!

Last meal? You're still getting to eat real food? I'm so jealous!! My surgery is the same day and I've already been fasting 2 days. Congrats and good luck!!

OMG, I could not imagine, my only restriction is clear liquids on Sunday Afternoon. Why the fast? Thats weird, are you open or lap?

Lap, but he wants my insides as shrunk as they can be. I also have "fatty liver", whatever that means. Only clear liquids. Well, and protein shakes, at least until tomorrow (Well, today since it is officially Saturday). Then only clear liquids until midnight Sunday night.

I think I'm gonna go to a buffett, and do the damn thing!

Me, too, Aliya! I've been going out to dinner a lot this past week and I get to eat a nice breakfast tomorrow, and then it's soup for the rest of the day. I love that my doc didn't make me fast! God bless you and keep you safe through your surgery and recovery. Becky Jean
