Amanda, YES YOU SHOULD be here! This is exactly where you should be! We come together as fellow MO's to support each other, and that's what you need right now - support until you find out your date. If you have questions, please ask them! Someone else may have the same question but is afraid to ask. If you're like me, I saw questions and answers that I hadn't even THOUGHT of yet! lol AS for vitamins, check with the nurse at your surgeon's office - she/he can tell you what to take. I'm glad you posted - please always feel free to do it!!
Blessings,
Kelley
I like the building block vitamins bbvitamins.com, I get the multi, co-enzyme Q10, the iron and the chocolate chewable calcium. I just the unjury protein. As your doc what they recomment too, its important to follow their advice. You need a good multi though to keep yourself healthy! Ask them about pre op diet and a dietitian consult so you know what foods to eat after. Its a big change and you will need that information. Keep us posted, this site is here to encourage us all!
