COUNTING THE DAYS TO SURGERY

13 days to surgery and counting. Today I have my Pre-op visit with the Dr. I am so excited and so committed. I am just having one problem and that is trying to stick to that 1000 calorie a day diet. I know I have to do it and I want to do it, so I am trying to take each day at a time. Tonight is also my Pre-op support group and I am really looking forward to it. I am taking my 17 yr old daughter with me who has been so excited and supportive, but now she is being very aprehensive about me going into surgery. I am hoping that some questions that she might have will be answered tonight and also having her listen to patients that are already on the other side will ease her a bit. My boyfriend is also going with me to the support group, although he has been to a seminar with me and is very very supportive and excited for me.

Oh! how exciting. My date is also on the 3rd of May and I am soooo nervous. I kinda feel like it's not going to happen. They also require that I lose 15lbs but I only lost 7 I hope they don't reschedule me. Have you heard anything about that?
