May 9th!!!--Just found out

Whew! That was so fast! Insurance approved in only 5 days. Anyone else out there with the same date? AT least we can all go through this together.

Congrats. Im not having the surgery on your exact date but mine is the day after yours. Wow that is fast mine was also it took a little less then two weeks to be approved. Jess

I am your surgery twin just got the news this morning! I would love it if you and I could share this experiance. I don't know about you but I'm kinda scared.

Hey Surgery Twin! Absolutely! I'm scared and excited, but more excited. I'll probably be more scared as I get closer. Congrats on the great news! I don't think it has really sunk in yet. I've told my entire family, all my friends and only a couple of people at work. Everyone so far has been incredibly supportive. How about you? Do you think much about the surgery long term? Like how different it will be to eat and drink? I think about the weight loss mostly. I've also been eating like a horse since I found out, tho I did start exercising. Yea, let's keep checking in with each other. It helps to have someone who knows what you're going through. What type of surgery are you having? Warmest wishes, Merril

Hi I am having surgery on the same day, mine is scheduled for 7:30 AM. I am so excited I have been on cloud nine ever since I found out. Only 36 more days. Best of luck to you. Debbie
