Maysters My Maysters....

How are you?  I'm hanging tough (aren't I always?).  LOL.  13 surgeries in just under 5 years and taken a toll but things are definitely looking up despite menopause of course.  LOL.  Weight is up and not where I want it to be.  But hopefully now that things are on the up-and-up then I can get moving and get some weight off and get back to what I consider a comfortable weight.

I've missed you.

Good to hear from you!  My weight is up too!  I lost my 5 lb Christmas vacation gain by water-walking and no carbs last week.  I'm continuing this week and hopefully for a few months.  I want to lose 30 more.

Just wanted to say I posted on the WLS Graduates Forum What is working for me-how I am maintaining after 5 yrs. if you would like to view it. I am a computer dork and don't know how to copy and paste it here lol. hope everyone is doing well. Can you believe its almost been 5 yrs for us? wow!

I really enjoy the BOTT (back on track together) message board here on OH!

Its May, just past my 6 yr mark... and Im ashamed to say Im 65 lbs from my original wt... Ive gained 35 lbs... from a size 8-10 to a 12-14... I feel horrible and Im sad... but hopefully I can get back on track....
