4 year anniversary tomorrow......

Tomorrow will mark my 4th year since having this surgery.I am excited to say that the tool still works. Like everyone else I have had my times of regaining some of the weight that I lost but then I get back on track and I manage to lose again. My labs have remained fantastic over the years. I have not changed anything that I began on day 1 and I do not plan on it unless I should see drastic changes. I will be making a trip to see my surgeon in a few days,can't wait to review these past years with him.
I do hope that all the May '05 surgery board members are doing well and that our next 4 yrs are as prosperous and healthy for all us.
