can someone please tell me what they are eating at 4 years post op?  I have gained and can't seem to get back on track.  I would love to know what some of you all are eating daily & how much. I don't won't to be a failure.  Thank You

Unfortunetly I eat anything!!  So on Monday I am going to do the 5 day pouch diet and then head into a high protein low carb diet.
