5DPT/JANE?
I am trying to stick to drinking the shakes and adding a protein bar. It fills me up and I'm not hungry. I haven't done the 5 day for awhile as my family is all home during the summer. The kids are off school and my husband and I are teachers. I hope to get back to the soft foods and fluids in the fall. Right now I'm working on maintaining my weight loss. For our summer schedule that is what's right for me. I'm still up 14 pounds but for 3+ years that's not so bad. But I will get back to basics Sept. 1st.
