What are you doing today to support this helluva journey that we are on.
So far I have drank about 40 oz of water, and had 1 23g protein drink
Breakfast- strawberry, and orange
lunch-1/4 c of steamed brown rice-threw it up
snack-grapes
dinner-grilled eggplant
snack-nuts
Note: I am doing a fruits and veggies fast for 21 days.
I will ahve another shake with my workout. 1/2 hr treadmill, 1/2 hr elliptical
