MAN I HATE THIS. I know of peeps that ate the same as before their surgery and lost so much, and here i am working out daily and trying to eat healthy. I admit i go back and forthand my moments of pigging out but most of the time i workout and try to eat healthy. I have a thyroid problem but that is under control. When i had the surgery my Dr.had me on a very low dosage of thyroid meds and i think that has something to do with me not losing all of the weight. I just thought that the way that i felt was normal because of the surgery. But as time went by i just didnt feel right and up the dosage myself. Thats when i started to feel better. But by then it was to late. I think!!!!!! It was real hard for me to lose the weight. I've lost 96lbs in almost 2yrs out. I know I know... thats better then nothing but i know of people that have lost that in just 6 months being out. Come on now what the hell is going on. I gained 15 lbs recently but dropped them again because i went back to basics. Am I able to have the surgery again?????? Thanks for listening to my rants and raves. Rosie

First of all, Rosie ((((((((BIG HUGS)))))))))). I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. Could you tell me what a typical day of eating is for you? How far are you away from goal? How tall are you and how much do you weigh now? You can rant and rave all that you want to here - that's why we're here! Michelle
