Just for fun...
What are you eating? We are in or nearing our 22 month out. I know most of you, like me, can eat a lot more considering our time outs. So just for fun lets see what each of us are eating now....
Me?
Yesterday:
B-one cup serving of shredded wheat and 1/2 cup of skim milk
L-egg beater omlet with green peppers and onions, 7 bite size prunes
S-1/2c FF cottage cheese with 1/2c unsweet applesauce
D-1c chicken barley chilli, small wedge of corn bread
S-popcorn, 2 no sugar added fudgesickles
Candy
funny I'll tell you what I can't eat: egg salad, omgh Ive never been in so much pain in my life!!! Left overs - I still can not touch them!! I get sick every time!! Breads, bagels, rice, and french fries - sick every time (and I've tried the dumb fries way too many times)
But I do eat oatmeal every morning, drink 1 - 2 protein drinks per day. I'm still pretty much a protein person. Although this week I caved into b1g1free chocolate chip cookies... darn it all!!!
I'm holding my weight just fine still. 128 (actually drift between 126 - 130) So I'm thrilled with that.
Time is going right by!!! Wow, pretty soon it'll be 2 years.

L.) 1 sl 5 gram fiber wh/wht br toasted w/ egg salad ( turn your head Laurie
S.) 4 wh/wht crackers w/1 oz egg salad, handful of pecan halves - earlier
D.) 1/2 pita and chicken souvlaki salad w/feta and tsziki sauce ( the rest for L. today -yummm!)
S.) lf/sf yogurt, diet slice orange soda, 3 hershey kisses
vits./meds.
water/liquids 70-80 oz.
Wednesday

B.) 40 oz. coffee w/ 2 scp. prot pwdr. & 1 T. fiber pwdr., swt-n-low and 1/4 c milk
no vits yet.
