One since we are pretty far out now I was wondering about some things:
How many calories can we have now a day?
And with our pills can we take some as big as the calcium pills? I call them horse pills. LOL! (I am wanting to take a multivitamin and a calcium pill in the morning that are the size of horse pills and didn't know how it would go, plus my prilosec otc and my birth control) THANKS
Just an update on me. I have started clinicals and well I have been tired but so far I am loving it! Everything is new and I am enjoying it! That is all for now lol! I am hungry!

The calorie thing varies from person-to-person. My thinking is that is you're maintaining, then fine just keep doing what you're doing. If you're gaining, then eat less and bump up the exercise. If you're like me have still have weight to lose, then again, keep the calories down. I'm doing Weigh****chers, so we don't actually count calories. It's hard to say how many I am getting in.
