I'm tired...
of dumping. Almost every day, I think, since last week and I have no clue what I'm dumping on. Just not sure what my body isn't liking. Last week, I had chinese for lunch one day and dumped shortly thereafter. Abdominal pain, bloating, the usual. I hadn't dumped many times over the span of 17 months but enough to know that apparently incidental sugars are issues so avoid the real deal. But now, I'm not sure if it is artificial sweeteners or fat or lactose issues or what. I do not think I've changed anything in the last week or two. I seem to eat the same things I always have. Had the dumping quite bad a few times - very painful. This just s*cks.
Now I'm going to have to do the elimination diet... tomorrow I'll skip my vitamins and my partial apple and just stick to meat proteins and protein shakes and see if that stops it. If so then I'll start adding things back in.
Not fun. Not fun at all.

I don't have those same feelings. Many think I'm not dumping but the doc said that's what it is and I tend to believe him. Smart guy. Don't think he'd steer me wrong.
Anyway, been a heck of a night. Dumping then finally feeling better and then the leg cramp came. Get them once in a while. Not sure what I'm deficient in. But this was a doozie. Cried for about 45-60 sec as it hurt like hell. Poor Rich didn't know what to do. Took some potassium after it. Almost afraid to go back into bed.
Tomorrow will surely be a better day...
