I'm home from Lexi

Hi all, just popping in to say hi. I had a great time in Lexi and wish you all could have been there with me... There's too much to tell everyone about, it was an incredible trip. I learned a lot, made some new friends, met some old friends for the first time in my life and learned a lot about myself. The cool thing is, in this type of environment, it's not just about obesity. There was so much more. So much. I put a few pics on my profile and I'll try to share some of the things I've learned in the classes in separate posts in the next few days. If you ever have the opportunity, I strongly urge you to attend one of these events. It was so valuable to me... I missed you guys, though, so I'm going to try to catch up on the boards a bit!
