Thurs - What are you eating?
AM - cup of coffee, 2 cups tea (I did nibble a couple baby carrots and grape tomatoes while I was packing my lunch salad. Actually, I also popped in a few olives too - I don't know what was going on with me this morning...).
B - protein shake, apple
L - tossed salad with 3 oz grilled chicken, s/f pudding for dessert
S - have school tonight, so prolly a bag of pretzels.
D - cup of vegetarian chili, green beans and something s/f for dessert
Water - will get in over 100 oz of liquids
meds and vits - done
exercise - it's my off night
