It's Muah-Monday: What Ya Eating Today?
Hey...
PreB - Nectar
B - most of a container of yogurt and 1/2 a Kashi granola bar
L - cup of chili
S - apple
S - Starbucks - SF, FF
D - 3oz of tuna... too tired and uninspired to actually fix something - those little pouches are so handy...
No exercise today, although I did park at the top of the garage at school and took the stairs...
Water - decent, maybe 50 oz
Vits - all but my evening calcium
Pre-B: Protein shake
Cup o' joe w/ creamer, minimoos, sweet n' low
B: Deli ham, 2 slices of American cheese, 1/3 apple
L: White chili, cheddar cheese
S: Protein shake
S2: SF Blue Bunny Ice Cream Pop
D: 1 slice provolone, 2-3 oz baked salmon, green beans w/ almonds and whipped butter
S: Protein shake
Water: Working on it. 52 oz thus far.
Vitamins: Need 2 doses of calcium yet.
Exercise: Nope.

UGH - I rode a school bus loaded with 4th grades all the way to the state capital and back. We left at 8am and got back at 6:30pm. The lesson I learned is that even though I came prepared with food - eating on a noisy, bouncy, school bus does not work well unless you're a 4th grader!!!
B - oatmeal 5 grams protein
S - chug a lugged a protein drink right before getting on that bus. 30 g protein
L - 1/2 apple with peanutbutter 5 grams protein
S - protein bar right before getting on the bus to return 10 grams protein
D - McDonalds - dbl cheese burger no bun, appledippers 25 g protein
So a lousy day eating calorie wise but it was 75 grams of protein
Water totally sucked today too. I drank 40 oz of water.
I got home at 7:30pm and COLLAPSED into bed!!!!! Stayed there until 10am this morning.
4th graders will run you until you drop!!!!!

AM - cup of coffee, 2 cups tea
B - protein shake, apple
L - raw salad greens with can of tuna ff dressing mixed in, 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage
S - Atkins snack bar, raw baby carrots
Misc - my mother sauteed sockeye salmon and onions and I stood at the stove and had 2 or 3 forkfulls of that. It was soooo good.
D - a cup of my famous 5-bean vegetarian chili (YUUUUUM), steamed veggie medley (no butter), and 3 s/f cookies for dessert
Water - did good today. 68 oz of water and about 50 oz of other beverages
meds and vits - done
exercise - 50 minute step aerobics class followed by lower body toning and ab work.
