What are you eating today? Tues
I'm gonna start this to help keep myself accountable. I've had a BAD food day, but I'm hoping if I put it down for all to see it will help me.
B- yogurt, granola and raisins
L-8 chick fil A nuggets
S-granola bar
S-about 20 cashews and some raisins
D-Chili's chips and salsa (way too many chips) & chicken fajita without the tortilla
I will do better tomorrow!!!
