who lost her entire profile? I stupidly converted to the new format and now everything is GONE! I can't tell you how much that sucks.

Are you sure it's really gone? I thought I had lost mine too, I just misplaced it... If you click on the little MY OH tab at the top and then My Account under the Hello XXXX next to your picture, you should get to a screen where you can "view" your profile - mine still says "view your old profile" and "view your new profile".
