What are you eatting today? - Monday
I'm up and eatting already today. I feel like that's all I do is EAT, but my labs sure don't show it. I've upped my eatting to 8 times per day!!!! Good grief, as soon as I did this, what happened - I lost a pound!! BIG SIGH!!!
B - oatmeal
S - protein drink
S2 - apple n peanutbutter
L - probably cheeseburger from mcdonalds
S - sb Breakfast bar
S2 - protein drink
D - chicken
S - something with more protein I guess
