Tuesday: Chow Call
Well I posted on my confession post what I had eatten earlier today. I purposly waited three hours after my last bite before starting on dinner. Dinner tonight is a hodge podge. Kids are eatting mac and cheese and carrots and cucs. I'm having some cucs and carrots, a sb breakfast bar and sf pudding.

Pre-B: Protein shake made w/ chilled coffee, half/half, sweet n' low
Cup o' joe w/ creamer, minimoos, sweet n' low
B: Deli ham and cheese rollups, small apple
L: Boiled shrimp, lime and ****tail sauce; cucumber slices and jalapeno ranch dressing (Lighthouse)
1 SF York Peppermint Patty
S: Protein shake
D: Beef stew that is in the crockpot
S: Protein shake and maybe a Blue Bunny SF Ice Cream Pop
Water: 70 oz in more to follow
Vitamins: Yuppers

Let's see... I'm having a hard time remembering today for some reason...
B - low carb yogurt
MS - small apple, couple ounces of cheese
L - bowl of ham and bean soup, small salad with cottage cheese, chicken and pickled beets
AS - Achieveone
AS - Venti iced SF Hazlenut NF Latte
D - 2/3 of a bologna and cheese sandwhich on rye
I've been busy with school and work. I ahve midterms this week. gish, I wish this semester was over already!!! Anyway, I was actually pretty good yesterday.
AM - cup of coffee, two cups of tea
B - Miceller milk protein shake and an apple
L - 3 oz of grilled chicken and tossed salad
S - 2 TB peanutbutter and some wheatables, 2 s/f cookies
D - Another piece of grilled chicken and green beans - no butter, s/f jello for dessert
I only had 3 s/f hard candies after dinner
Water - over 100 oz
meds and vits - yup
exercise - an hour of cardio dance and upper body weights.
