Totally FREAKING Excited!

I forgot to tell you guys... Monday, I get to take one of these bad boys home for the night: http://www.internationaldelivers.com/site_layout/XTFamily/rxt.asp I work for International and they let employees take them sometimes for community events, etc. That's not even the biggest, there's one model bigger, called the CXT. It's like a Hummer on steroids. I'm using it for a photo illustration project I'm doing for class. I CANNOT WAIT TO DRIVE THAT PUPPY!!!!!!

My husband is SOOOO jealous. He's a huge big truck fan. In fact, our vacation every year involves going to the big Mid-America truck show in Louisville, KY. His father works for International in Ohio. Do you ever watch CMT's Trick My Truck? We have to watch it religiously every time it comes on at my house (even if we have seen the episode a bazillion times). Did you happen to catch the first show of the season, the Tailgator? It was a CXT that they "tricked out" into a rocking tailgate party wagon.

Your husband works at Springfield? At the assembly plant or the body plant? That's cool! I work at the engineering facility in Fort Wayne. I've been to the MidAmerica once, a few years ago, for work... I've seen clips of the tricked out CXT before, someone at work has it floating around... I could have taken a CXT home but actually, the RXT worked better for my project. And, if I pull it up on the parking strip, I can park it in front of my house... Not sure I could do that with the CXT.
