B - oatmeal S - hot choc w/ protein powder L - 1/2 cheese qusidilla, apple w/ peanut butter S - Protein bar D - chicken and rice is in the crockpot, guess I'll see how it goes. S - hot choc w/ protein powder maybe some late night popcorn tonight, it sounds kind of good. I'm being a very good girl today!!! Laurie

Pre-B: Protein shake made w/ chilled coffee Cup o' coffee B: 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 slice of cheese, 1 bite of turkey (needed to be chucked) and a few strawberries L: Leftover pot roast w/ a few bites of carrots, parsnips and sweet potato, green beans w/ almonds w/ whipped butter S: Will be having a protein shake soon D: Chili which is cooking up in the crockpot as I type S: Protein shake, a few sugar free chocolates Water: 60 oz down Vitamins: Yup Exercise: day off

Howdy! PreB - Nectar shake B - 2 scrambled eggs, bacon MS - 2 sf chocolate covered almonds, vanilla low carb yogurt L - cup of chili and salad with chicken, egg, cottage cheese AS - medium apple, 1 oz cheese AS - Nectar shake D - I'm making oven baked chicken, some sort of veggie
