Thursday: What are you eating ??
I'm having a pretty good day so far. This is day four with out my binder from TT. I'm loving the "freedom" I have now. I thought I'd give it a try and see how I did without it. So far so good, no swelling at all!!
B - oatmeal
S - sf hot choc. w/ protein
S2 - piece of cheese
L - cheese qusidilla
S - sf hot choc. w/ protein and some peanuts
D - haven't got a clue. Kid's will be eatting mac and cheese when we get home from their cross county meet - guess that means it's tuna on crackers for me.
S - probably some popcorn

Pre-B: Protein shake (vanilla cinnamon protein w/ chilled coffee - my usual)
Cup o' Joe w/ creamer, minimoos, sweet 'n low
B: 1 oz american cheese, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 bites of cantaloupe
L: Green beans w/ almonds w/ whipped butter (a few bites (leftovers)), tuna salad
S: 1/4 of a cucumber w/ jalapeno ranch dressing (canola oil based), protein shake
D: Leftover chicken strips (coated in parm cheese and baked), broccoli and cheese
S: piece of cheese of some sort, protien shake
Water: 60 oz in thus far, more to come
Vitamins: need 2 more doses of calcium
Exercise: naw
B: Slim Fast low carb shake (those are really good and very filling!) and a banana
L: SBD penne and chicken meal
S: 1/2 nectarine and 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
S: 2 sf cookies
D: pork tenderloin, hm YUMMY herb wheat bread with lite butter, spinach, hm sf, lowfat sour cream coffee cake
S: handful of cashews and 100 calorie bag popcorn
All vits and meds in. Somewhere around 90 oz fluids (all but 20 oz water and the other 20 oz decaf tea)
