Hey guys breakfast- Worldwide Ready To Drink Banana Cream ( I love it, love it, love it) lunch-small salad, slice of pizza (it looked good, but was nasty) dinner-not sure

That's the ONLY protein shake I will ever drink. I've been drinking it (banana creme) for over a year and never get sick of it!

Love anything w/banana --------------------------- B. 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. strawberry sf jello w/strawberries L. 1 egg foo young w/ sauce 2 Tablsp. fried rice, broccoli, 3 teasp. strawberry ice cr. S. 1 chz stk, 2 v-8 juice D. 2/3 sweet potato, 3 oz. lean steak, 1/2 salad w/ 1Tablsp. blue chz dr. S. 1/2 c. cottage chz. 1/2 c. sf strawberry jello, 1/2 slice maple cake about as wide as your pinkie finger ( just had to taste it ) , atomic fireball
