Getting fuller faster via pilates?
Some folks on the grad-ossg yahoogroup are swearing that after having taken some pilates classes and working/developing the core muscles (abs, etc) they have found a surprising side benefit...they are feeling fuller faster. One posted the phenomenon and others have agreed.
Thought I'd share that tidbit. Perhaps we'll have some takers who will be our guinea pigs and give it a try.

I checked out from my library, "Pilates for Dummies", guess what? Yep, I am too dumb. This was a VERY humbling experience, as I've never considered myself dumb, and I've been working out faithfully for months. I just couldn't do the core stuff. After talking to my tummy tuck surgeon this week, apparently my core muscles were in pretty terrible shape, as in not much left there at all. That, and three hernias. So I am hoping that someday (heaven only knows how long) when I recover from this latest surgery insanity, I will have some muscles I can actually try Pilates with. Even for Dummies.
