Hi Maysters, Thank you all for your encouraging, healing thoughts, as I recover from the tummy tuck. A few complications, like drains not working, working their way out of the body, needing to be restitched, etc., but getting through this. My post point: we never needed gastric bypass. We should have just bought a VERY tight corset, put it on when we had an empty stomach, and then tried to eat. We never would have gotten morbidly obese!!!!!!!!! I have no appetite right now, and wearing this binder 24/7, I have no room to eat anything anyway. It is hard to drink my protien, because I feel so full. But, I still weigh more than before my tummy tuck, because I have so much fluid in me still. Good thing I knew that ahead of time, or I would be pretty bummed about now. So, those of you struggling to get your grazing under control, wear the tightest corset you can find. You might have trouble breathing, but you won't overeat. LOL Debra M. vicodin is my friend

I almost spit my water out! Curl up with your friend, Mr. V, and rest up and heal well. Kathy

Oh yes, Vicodin - it's the BEST!!!! I totally agree on the binder. And just think, back at the turn of the century women wore those EVERY DAY!!! I remember reading about women who would cinch it up so they would have a 24 inch waste - HOLY COW!!!! I'm pretty small, but I'm definately a few inches off on that one. I would NEVER be able to put myself through that on a day to day basis. Now remember not to stretch by standing up straight. Go take another pill and just get to sipping on something good!! Laurie
