I know I could look this up myself, but I'm using my online vitamin resource: www.askkathy.com, I have a B Complex that I've been taking and here's what it has: Thiamin (B1) 10 mg Riboflavin (B2) 10 mg Niacin - 10 mg B6 - 10 mg Folic Acid - 100 mcg B12 - 10 mcg Biotin (as d-Biotin) 10 mcg Pantothenic Acid 10 mg Is this a good one? It looks like it. In addition to this I have my normal montly B-12 injection. Thank ya, dahlink! Michelle

Usually want you want as a minimum is a B50 complex. Better than that would be a B100 complex. The B50 would have 50 mcg/50mg of each of the various vitamins. The B100 would have 100 mcg/100 mg of each. I get the B100 capsules from the Vitamin Shoppe. They go down well with hot tea. The B complex tablets are notoriously big! How much B12 are you getting injected monthly? How many mcg? The B12 in the B complex doesn't count for anything. Do you know what your B12 levels are on your labs? You want it to be 800 or more. If the shot isn't raising you up enough you could always either get a shot more often or add a sublingual. They are inexpensive and very easy to take. We get ours at WalMart. Rexall brand. Dissolve quite quickly. The Vitamin Shoppe ones take FOREVER to dissolve. Also Trader Joes has a good one. askkathy.com - LOVE IT! You are most welcome, dahlink! Kathy
