Friday: What are you eating??
Come on people, let's be accountable....
Here's the plan:
B - protein shake, small apple (a friend gave me a "Micellar Milk" protein shake to try. It's 11 ounces, 40 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat, 220 calories). I hope I like it.
L - cup of black bean soup, raw carrots, an apple
S - protein bar and either some raw carrots or a piece of fruit
D - My mother may be frying fish and if she is I just want you to know up front that I'm having some! Everyone needs a bit of fried fish in their life periodically.
S - 100 calorie pack popcorn
Meds and vits - done
liquids - 20 down, 80 to go
exercise - Gilad's fat burning cardio workout followed by "Buns of Steel" lower body toning
B - oatmeal
S - hot chocolate w/ protein
S - SB diet breakfast bar
L - ??? I'm in the "I'm not hungry, and nothing sounds good stage" today
S - hot chocolate w/ protein
D - My daughter's birthday dinner is tonight. At first she picked spegehetti o's but then she changed it to steak and potatoes and corn. And I bought her a birthday cake as I knew I wouldn't have time to bake one for her

Pre-B: Protein shake (scoop and a half) made w/ chilled coffee, half and half and sweet 'n low
B: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 can tuna salad
L: Greek stuffed meatloaf and homemade tzaziki
S: Protein shake (scoop and a half) - either Nectar has changed their Lemon Tea forumlation or I got a mislabelled jug cuz this doesn't taste right - I've had half and I'm going to pour the rest out... bleeck!
S: 1 slice provolone
D: Greek stuffed meatloaf and homemade tzaziki, baked sweet potato w/ butter and cinnamon
S: Protein shake (scoop and a half)
Vitamins: Just need 2 doses of calcium tonight and I'm done
Water: 60 oz water in thus far - more to come
Exercise: We'll see
B: Slim Fast low carb protein shake (actually pretty good - didn't think I'd like it but I did. 180 calories & 20 grams/protein)
L: left over roast from dinner on slice of dark rye bread, 2% cheese and lite mayo, 6 dried apricots, yogurt
S: plum, 1 c lowfat cottage cheese
Throughout the day I had probably 15 sf peanut m&ms (russell stovers)
D: homemade grilled burger on 1/2 bun with lite provolone, catsup, mustard, lite mayo, 1/2 a dozen homemade fries (maybe 1/2 small potato)
S: shared regular sized bag of lite popcorn with hubby and about 1/2 dozen sf cookies
way too much snacking going on during the day.
Meds and vits done
Liquids - I dunno - lots, I had a large glass (24 oz) of decaf tea, and 2-3 large glasses (24 oz) of water
Okay Miss Tracy, yesterday was a major improvement. Im taking things a day at a time. We did end up going out to a buffett last night but I did not have anything sweet the entire day. Nervous today b/c this eve is the family reunion...
Yesterday:
B-3/4c high fiber cereal and 1/2c skim milk(9am)
S-Dannon light n fit yogurt(11:15am)
L-1 can tuna with 1tblsp mayo and pickle relish, 100 cal pk of southbeach crackers(12:15pm)
S-small apple and one string cheese(4pm)
D-buffett(couldnt really measure but I had several bites of each, did not clean the plate)baked fish, tomatoe and cucumber salad, one fried green tomatoe, black eyed peas, cantalope and orange slices(7pm)
Nothing else. I was dying for something sweet about 9pm last night. Im telling you it was pure torture but I got through it. Im so scared it wont last. Once I give in, oh look out!

I had about 72oz of water and about 40oz of unsweet tea with splenda
no exercise
down from 152.3 yesterday to 149.4 this morning!
