What are we eating on Friday?
I'm back to having to count calories as I seem to be falling behind again. This SURE isn't a complication from wls that I ever DREAMED I'd have.
b- oatmeal (160 calories, 7 proteins)
s - hot chocolate w/ protein (155 calories, 30 proteins)
s - oatmeal (160 calories, 7 proteins)
l - will be ham roll up w/ cream cheese (120 calories, 9 protein) I can only eat two small slices of this

d - we're having steak, green beans, and my carmel apple salad (according to fitday 150 calories, 18 proteins - not including the salad)
900 calories and 101 proteins
good on proteins not enough on calories..... geee I'm 600 calories short!!! UGH
Howdy! Today was a decent day so far...
Pre B - AchievOne
B - 2 egg omlet w/ cheese and ham - ate about 3/4
MS - Pb crackers
L - 1 slice of pizza, 3x3 inch square
AS - protein bar
D - dunno yet
water - did good today, prolly about 60 oz so far
Vits - on track, just have calcium left
Exercise - will walk tonight
