What's planned in the garden of eating?
Pre-B: Protein shake (scoop and a half) w/ chilled coffee, half and half, sweet n' low
B: Cup of coffee w/ creamer, minimoos and sweet n' low, deli ham and american cheese
L: We have a luncheon here. It is going to be BBQ. We'll see if my body tolerates it.
S: Cucumber slices w/ jalapeno ranch dressing (canola oil based), protein shake (scoop and a half), slice of provolone
D: Meat pizza (ground beef makes the crust - it's wonderful!)
S: Protein shake (scoop), maybe a slice of cheese

It's been a pretty normal day for me, eating wise, although my BS did drop, which I can't figure out - I've really been watching the carb intakes... It's always right around 10am...
Pre B - AchievOne
B - low carb yogurt, Kashi granola bar
MS - small apple, 2 cheese sticks
L - Salad with 1/2 cup diced chicken, 3 oz tuna, cottage cheese, blk olives, ff italian dressing
AS - protein bar, 1/2 cuke
D - don't know yet, we're going out because no one feels like cooking...
Water - sucky, maybe 20 oz
Vits - on track
Exercise - weather broke, will be walking tonight
b - oatmeal
s - hot chocolate w/ protein
l - oriental chicken roll up & some fries
s - SB diet breakfast bar
d - ring bologna, cheese, cracker (ate five of these and was STUFFED)
NOT enough calories in today at all - I'll try and find something else later tonight.
water: not a good day here. 20 oz water, 2 glasses of ice tea at Applebees for lunch, then I got a large ice tea after spending 1 1/2 hours getting groceries (ugh) and after dinner I had a glass of 1/2 OJ and 1/2 water.
B: Flax seed cereal (3/4 cup) and just a few splashes of skim lactaid milk - enough to get things wet
L: left over meatloaf with about 2 tbs catsup, peach
S: 2 sf cookies
D: prolly 4 oz teriyaki salmon, about 1/3 cup yellow rice, about 1/3 cup broccoli
I'll do a protein drink later.
I've had about 50-60 oz of water/crystal lite today, all vits in.
I'm also making that caramel apple thing that Jen posted yesterday (I think it was Jen!!) so I'll have some of that.
