Howdy - just popping in before I head to class...
Pre B - AchieveOne Shake
B - low carb yogurt, kashi granola bar
MS - small apple, 2 cheese sticks
L - 1.5 cups lettuce, 3 oz tuna, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 melba rounds
AS - 1/2 cuke, small protien bar
AS - I'll pick up a venti latte on the way to class
D - dunno, it'll be late
Vits - on track
Water - so so
Exercise - it's raining again, no walk for me...
