What are we eating today
Pre-Gym: Protein shake (scoop and a half IDS vanilla cinnamon) made w/ chilled french vanilla coffe, half and half, sweet 'n low and ice
Apres-Gym: Protein shake (scoop Nectar lemon tea) made w/ water and ice
Breakfast: Cup o' joe w/ nondairy creamer, mini-moos and sweet n' low followed by deli buffalo chicken/ham w/ 2 slices American cheese
Lunch: Shrimp ****tail (a la Costco) w/ lime wedges
Snack-1: Protein shake (scoop and a half Nectar lemon tea) made w/ water and ice
Snack-2: 1 slice provolone
Dinner: Salmon w/ basil butter (Costco again - shocker), green beans w/ almonds and whipped butter

Boy I really blew it yesterday, so I'm trying harder to be good today. Yesterday I ate as scheduled but then just wanted CRUNCH!!!! I ate 1/2 bag of popcorn over a 5 hour period and added in another snack last night....geeee gotta stop that stuff!!!!
B - oatmeal
S - hot chocolate w/ protein
S2 - SB diet breakfast bar
L - double cheeseburger 1/2 bun, apple dippers, Ice Tea - YUP, I fell off the wagon!!!
S - don't know it's time to eat right now though
D - ??? not a clue. With dh gone and having kids who'd prefer PB&J I haven't been cooking much lately. Guess I can fall back on good ol' tuna on whole wheat crackers.
S - hot chocolate w/ protein
That's my plan and I do plan on sticking to it!!!!

Havent had much time to eat today, I started keeping a friend of mines little girl. She is 1 and a 1/2. Man shes bad, well not really but so much different from when Chandler was her age. Shes into EVERYTHING! She wants to be held all the time and is so winey. Chandler says to her this morning, Sara what is your problem? It was so funny. She only weighs 19 pounds and doesnt eat worth a flip. Im so glad Chandler turned out like he did. Anyways got a bite here and there so far:
B-oatmeal pancakes with SF syrup
L-tuna salad with SB crackers
S-protein shake
D-chicken tortilla roll ups via Stephanie on the grads board
S-fruit

My day was all screwed up - 6th grade breakfast at Holden's school (nasty looking cinnamon rolls I didn't dare touch), meetings all day...
Pre B - Achieve One
B (late) - protein bar
MS (at lunch time) - med. peach
L (late) - 1/2 a julienne salad, some fruit
S - 2 cheese sticks
D - ham and cheese sandwhich (about 2/3), 1/2 cup of beef veggie soup, coupla beers
It's after 8, just got home, rained all day, no exercise. Water - sucky. Vits - all caught up...
