Saturday: What are you eating?
Howdy all! I've walked/run every day this week... Still can't run for a crap, but I'm working on it!
I also went out dancing last night - had a BALL! A regional country band called Shilo - EXCELLENT! Totally incredible! And not hard on the eyes, either! I'm telling you, their lead singer, Brian ( a friend of a friend) has eyes like and angel. And MAN can he work a crowd! You almost can't look him in the eye - he's THAT magnetic! Anyway - we had a lot of fun, and according to Fitday, I burned 500 calories just last night alone!
B - South Beach Cereal Bar
MS - Iced Venti SF Hazlenut NF Latte
L - 3 oz of tuna on a cup of romaine, ff ranch, some croutons
That's as far as I've gotten... Probably have a protein bar or some pb crackers later... No idea what I'm making for dinner. Feel like cooking - just don't know what yet.
Water - not too good, had some iced tea and lots of coffee, will have to work on water the rest of the day.
Vits - all good but my nightly calcium. Also started my B12 injections today
Exercise - I'll go walking tonight when it cools off

Pre-B: Cup o' joe (brownie toffee crunch coffee, no less), protein shake made w/ chilled coffee
B: A few bites of the last piece of sugar free chocolate swirl cheesecake that Rich made last week - we shared!
L: Food from the Wokery bar at Wegmans. Assortment of bites of chicken, pork and beef from some of the Asian food and a few green beans. Ended up with pretty strong pains afterwards in the car. Not good. Don't think it was dumping. Seemed more in the pouch. I didn't overeat. I've learned to take less too. Not sure what that was but it scared me a bit.
S: Blue Bunny SF Peanut Butter Cup ice cream pop
S: 1 piece American cheese, protein shake (Nectar lemon tea) which I'm drinking now. I took a nap so my schedule is completely off.
D: Piece of Costco salmon, green beans w/ almonds and whipped butter on top
S: Protein shake (Nectar lemon tea)
Water: 32 oz in - that's all so far. (sigh) Will work on that.
Vitamins: Got 4 doses of calcium in but not the rest yet. I'm going to do those with dinner for a change. My weekends tend to be so less structured.
Exercise: Was going to go to the gym but feeling crappy ruined that. Tomorrow is another day...

That's horrible. I'm so very sorry, Becky.
Honestly, if my markets were out of them... it'd probably be a good thing. LOL! We got one box left and then I'm going to instill a moritorium on them for a while. I do that every once in a while. I need to get out of even "sugar free" sweet stuff mode.
