YEAH!!!!!!! Back under 150 this morning! Was 152.7 yesterday and upped my water yesterday and cut out all the "crap" and was 149.5 this morning. B-cereal and milk L-turkey wrap with veggies S-1oz almonds and some strawberries(30 min apart) D-shrimp and veggie kabobs on the grill S-protein shake Candy

Working on having a better day today ------------- B. activia yogurt, mozz chz stk S. 4 ritz - type crackers 2 T pnt btr, natural chk L. tomato cuke salad over chopped raw spinach , 3 oz. roasted chicken S. v-8 juice, 1/2 c. fruit - nut - seed trail mix ( mostly home made ) D. 3 oz. bbq brisket, mini-corn-on cob, 2 bbq ribs ( Famous Dave's ) S. v-8 juice, carmel apple Vits + L-glutamine, cod lvr oil, chromium pic + Lipram/dig. enzyme 20 oz coffee 60 oz cl peach tea 20 oz v-8 *exercise - hope to get in 2 hrs gardening by sunset or take a walk w/ sweetie

Pre-B: Protein shake (made w/ chilled coffee) B: Cup o' joe, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice provolone L: My 20 year anniversary with my company luncheon out at a restaurant called Capital Grill. I had mixed salad greens w/ blackened scallops in a mustard vinegarette and a cup o' joe afterwards. Delightful. (The salad had baby tomatoes and dried mango but I skipped 'em.) S: Protein shake and maybe 1 slice provolone. D: Will be take-outs from Outback with my friend Ingrid. I'm thinking about Alice Springs Chicken or perhaps more fish or steak. Dunno yet. So I'll have chicken, fish or steak and no taters - vegies on the side instead. S: Protein shake before bed. Vitamins: Got 2 doses of calcium to go. Exercise: Tomorrow is another day. Water: 40 oz in. Had tea before lunch (20-30 oz). Kathy

Howdy... Today has been a good day and I intend to keep it that way: Pre B - Achieve One Protein Shake B - sm orange MS - protein bar L - salad with about 1.5 cups lettuce, 3/4 cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup stewed chicken AS - protein bar AS#2 - Kashi pumpkin spice flax granola bar D - dunno yet Water - been hitting water hard today Vits - all good except my evening calcium - reminds me, I have some questions for you, in a separate post

Update: Went out for Mexican for dinner. Had one chicken/steak fajita in a tortilla, a few more bites of chicken/beef and peppers without the tortilla, 2 bites of beans and a few chips and salsa. Water - well, well over 120oz today. Vits - all done!
