Whacha Eating Today - Thursday??
I must say - UGH!!! I ate McDonalds last night. There was nothing for me to through together to take on the road for dinner and my last snack. The kids we're "starving" when they got off the bus and we had to leave right away. I felt aweful about it, knowing even as I was driving that I wouldn't have time to go out of my way and get something at a real store to eat.
This morning I get up and what do you think the scales said to me???????
I LOST 2 pounds!!!
I'm honestly NOT even going to try to figure this out!!!!!
B - hot chocolate w/ protein
S - will be oatmeal
L - going out wtih friends, so probably a chicken salad or something.
S - SB breakfast bar
D - no clue, I've got to get groceries today too
Water - we're even out of bottled water. But I stopped and bought two on my way home last night so that will give me 2 liters (whatever that is****il I get groceries
Vits - on my schedule to day to work on tweaking the vit schedule
Exercise - going walking as soon as the bus picks up the kids

Laurie, The scales are so wacky sometimes aren't they???? But keep on keeping on.
That's what eventually proves accurate!

Pre-B: Protein shake (made w/ iced coffee)
B: Cup o' joe, piece of SF chocolate swirl cheesecake (yup... cream cheese, eggs = breakfast)
L: Shredded chicken w/ diced tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top
S: 1 slice muenster (I'm outta provolone????), protein shake
D: Chef salad perhaps
S: Protein shake and maybe something else. Going to start having the protein shake first in the evening and something else (usually SF ice cream) if I have room and not the other way around. DUH.
Water: 40 oz water down, 16.9 propel down, working on next 20 oz.
Vitamins: Need more calcium later - other than that I'm good.
Exercise: Was feeling bad today. Home sick from work. Feel better now.

L - about a cup of lettuce and couple oz of tuna
AS - 1/2 a protein bar, later some Gardettos
AS - granola bar, slice of cheese
D - no idea... I have Back to School Night tonight - 6:30 to 8:00pm, so I'll probably "catch as catch can" when I get back
Water - okay, probably about 60 oz so far
Vits - forgot my multis today
Exercise - was gonna walk/run but not sure if I'll have time, not enough before BTSN and it'll probably be getting dark by the time I get home

L. handful 1/2 c. fruit-nut trail mix, 2 T. broccoli from chic. divan, v-8 juice
S. mini-oatmeal bar ( WW 2pt. )
D. 3 oz. chicken ( roasted, skinless), 1/2 c. mandarin oranges
S. carmel apple, ff yogurt, 2 big handfulls of chz twists ( this little piggy's - out of pen! )
vits + new addition of L-glutamine and Chromium Picolinate + Lipram (digestive enzyme) + cod liver oil
60 oz. tea / 20 oz. coffee, 10 oz. v-8
