Wednesday: Whatcha Eating Today?

B. activia yogurt , 1 c strawberries
S. 1/3 c salt free roasted peanuts
L. 2 chz sticks, 1 ff yogurt
S. 1 oz chicken, 1 c grapes
D. chicken divan: broccoli,cream of celery soup w/chicken topped w/Ital. chz , 1/3 c
noodles
S. choc prot. shake w/ banana,
*maybe fruit salad/jello ... if I feel a snack attack coming on
80 oz. tea/coffee
water aerobics 1 hr. ( thank God the pool re-opened )
vits.
As for me:
Pre-B: Protein shake w/ coffee
B: Cup o' joe, shredded chicken in tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top
L: Shredded chicken in tomatoes w/ cheddar cheese melted on top (revisted)
S: Protein shake, 2 slices provolone
D: Tilapia pan sauteed in lemon and butter, broccoli in cheese sauce (me thinks)
S: Protein shake, piece of sugar free chocolate swirl cheesecake
Water: Working on 40 oz. 2 mugs of decaf tea. That's it. Not good so far.
Vitamins: Got more calcium to do.
Exercise: I'm out of my routine... argh!
B- 2 cups of coffeee with SF Hazelnut and 1 scoop oc AnyWhet protein powder
(17g + 17 g = 34 over 2 hours )
L- a diet mountain dew???????
S- 1/2 cup mixed nuts from Costco and a few Costco samples as I shopped!!!
S- 13g protein yogurt blue bunny smootie
D- whole grain low carb high protein (13g) wrap with grilled chicken and cheese
S- 2 Michelob Ultras????????
On the bright side I took all my vitamins and drank all my water!! Honesty is the best policy!!!
B: Slice of wheat toast with 2% Am. cheese
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich (on croissant with cukes, avacado, lite mayo, black olives, alfalfa sprouts, and provolone)
S: 3 sf caramel choc drops (about the size of a peanut M&M)
D: will probably be the other 1/2 of the sandwich or I have some leftover spaghetti sauce that I may eat.
If I have a snack later it will likely be some sort of fruit. My protein drink really made me nauseous yesterday for some reason.
I have had about 48 oz of water so far.
Vits and meds all on track.
