Wednesday: Whatcha Eating Today?
If Terrys vacation doesnt hurry up and get over with Im going to need a revision!
B-french toast with sf syrup and a turkey sausage link(breakfast in bed compliments of hubby)
S-orange slices
L-egg drop soup, chicken and broccoli(chinese)
S-tortilla chips and my homemade black bean salsa(this stuff is the bomb and a cinch to make)
D-grilled salmon, baked sweet potatoe, asparagus
S-banana pudding(my mother in law made this for Terry and thank god its almost gone)
Candy
no water today, about 50oz tea
exercise-yeah right!
Well, I've done pretty good today so far. I've drunk so much darn liquids I'm about floating through the house.
B - hot chocolate protein drink
S - oatmeal
L - 3/4 cup of cheese potato soup and 1/2 order of cheee sticks
S - SB breakfast bar (on the road - NOT McDonalds)
D - ?? we have to leave at 4:30 and won't be home until 10:30 tonight so that screws up dinner and my night snack - I'm trying to think what to do with this still.
Water: 60+ ounces so far
Well, let's see:
Pre B - AchievOne shake - cappucino - eh, it was ok, like the hazlenut better
B - 2 scrambled eggs, slice of bacon
MS - some carrots and cukes
L - 1/2 a Wendy's cheeseburger
AS - some ham and cheese and crackers
AS - protein bar
D - dunno, I've got class tonight so won't be eating until late, probably tuna on salad
Vits - good so far
Water - not as good as yesterday, but probably 50 oz or so. I'm not going to s-bucks tonight, taking water to class
Exercise - not going to make it to the gym before class, not going to be enough time, but will probably walk when I get home.
