I'm ticked off with this whole "eat healthy" thing and ready to just chuck it all!!! Here I am day 5 of no McDonalds and what do the scales reward me with - a FREAKIN 4 pound GAIN!!!!!!! I'm so frustrated I could spit!!! But I'm stil being "good". B - oatmeal and 1/2 bagel w/ cream cheese S - hot chocolate with protein powder S2 - hand full of cheetos (oh I just needed something that was cruncy) L - I'm working on left over chicken from last night. I don't do well with left over and although it's only about a 3 oz piece I know I wont fini**** all. S - sf apple pie (dh made for me yesterday) D - ?? don't know yet, being the kids' first day of school we might just grab a pizza and call it good. Which means I'll be scrounging through the cupboards for my dinner (and all that's there is TUNA) Water - doing better today I've got my morning bottle done so far. Vits. - still not on schedule Exercise - I will walk/jog a couple of miles later tonight. I went last night at sun down, and although there were some bugs, It was absolutely beautiful to be walking by the lake with a wonderful sun set to look at!!!

Did pretty good, although the b-bread called my name this afternoon. That sucker's going in the garbage tonight... Pre B - Achiev One shake B - low carb yogurt, Kashi pumkin spice flax granola bar MS - cukes, carrots L - lettuce, blk olives, cukes, couple of pickled beets slices, 3oz of tuna AS - protein bar AS - small slice of b-bread D - dunno, probably tuna on lettuce Water - Did good today, probably got in well over 100 oz already Vits - on track, just have calcium left Exercise - planning to walk for 3rd night in a row and may even *gasp* go to the gym tomorrow night before class

Okay, as an update: D - 3 oz tuna on a cup of lettuce, some cukes and a few croutons, ff italian dressing, bite of pasta salad NS - sf chocolate milk - used sf Qwik... It's an experiment. I've been dying for some chocolate milk but in the past have dumped off ANYTHING mixed with milk... I seem to handle NSA ice cream, though... I figured if I can stomach this, I might buy some milk-based protein mixes, I'm a little worn on Nectar and Achievs are awful expensive. Exercise - brisk walk for about 30 minutes until it started raining, major anxiety attack when my pants fell down also contributed to raising my heartrate quite a bit...

B. coffee, 2 wedges laughing cow chz, carrot sticks S. 1/4 c mixed seeds and nuts L. 2 wedges l. c. chz, carrot stks, v-8 juice S. 1 c fruit salad in sf jello D. thigh and drumstk roasted chic., 1 c fruit salad S. ff yogurt, 1/2 c kashi crunch (maybe) 40 oz liquids, got alot to make up vits no exercise yet

I'll post to my own message... Pre-B: Protein shake (coffee based) B: Cup o' joe, chicken salad (eh) L: Shredded chicken (cooked in diced tomatoes w/ jalapenos in crockpot) w/ melted cheddar cheese S: One small slice cheddar cheese, protein shake, one slice provolone ..... guessitmates from here on out... D: Green beans w/ almonds and whipped butter on top. More shredded chicken. small piece of SF chocolate swirl cheesecake (thanks, Becky - we still use the same recipe) S: Protein shake Water: 20 oz, 1 16.9 oz Propel, Propel bottle filled with water (16.9), just finished another 20 oz bottle = 73.8 oz Vitamins: Need more calcium tonight before bed Exercise: Naw - I'll go tomorrow morning.
