Sunday: Whatchay Eat?
Well, today was a good day, and a bad day... I feel like I was much better carb-wise, but can you believe I ate 2000 calories today? Holy crap! I can't believe it! I did get some exercise in, though, for the second day in a row, I went walking, good 45 minute brisk, not quite a jog, walk... So, there's that...
B - protein bar
L - Kashi Pumpkin Spice Flax granola bar (these things are the bomb!) and vanilla low-carb yogurt
AS - munched on some veggies - baby carrots, green peppers, cukes, a little sour cream dip, and a few sun chips throughout the afternoon (we had a cookout today at our house, had friends over)
D - cheeseburger (Ok, Fitday says this alone was worth over 500 calories, but I didn't break it down, so maybe it wasn't that bad - consisted of 1/4 lb extra lean beef, pickle, bunk, slice of cheese - and yes, somehow, I managed to eat the whole thing), some more cukes and carrots, a tablespoon of pasta salad
NS - Slice of watermelon
NS - kiddie size nsa vanilla cone from Ritter's
Okay, so, it's a lot of food... I know...But to be honest, I feel a whole lot better about my choices today. I felt a lot more in control.
Water - doing okay, mostly sf iced tea, but still working on it
Vits - all caught up
Exercise - 45 minutes of walking
I'm pretty sure you mean Monday??!!! I've been screwed up on the days all weekend because of the holiday.
I had a wonderful dinner tonight. My darling daughter and my husband made me a sf apple pie. That was so nice of them. Got the kids bathed and off to bed, ready for school tomorrow.
B - oatmeal and 1/2 bagel
s - south beach diet breakfast bar
L - hhmmm, I don't quite remember, I think I had more oatmeal
s - hand full of friotos
d - chicken and baked beans, and sf apple pie
Water - darn it all, I only got in about 40 oz today... I've been working on it, just don't want any.
vits - not even gonna talk about that one
Exercise - walked 2 miles today
