How do you get the avatar pictures to change from one to another?

I love how the pics do that and as soon as I can get my daughter to take a pic I actually like then maybe I will tak u up on your offer to resize for me if you can!! Thanks so much BTW ur pics look AWESOME!!! hugssssssss Krista
