Oh goodness gracious... I'm going to write it down and be accountable... it was a cheese day...
Pre-Gym: Protein shake w/ coffee (1.5 scoop)
Post-Gym: Protein shake (1 scoop)
B: Tuna salad, American cheese, cup o' coffee
L: Tuna salad, cucucumber w/ jalapeno ranch dressing
S: 2 slices provolone, protein shake
D (over a span of time - grazing?): 2 slices provolone, 1/2 cucucumber w/ Italian garlic dressing, box of Green Giant green beans w/ almonds w/ whipped butter on 'em, 1 oz of peanuts, blue bunny SF peanut butter cup ice cream pop
S: cup of Brownie Toffee Crunch coffee (yummy), another blue bunny SF peanut butter cup ice cream pop
There it is! In writing. And I know why... PMS. Period came this morning a bit early. Surprise! And I have a gyn appt on Monday to get a lump looked at - oh joy.
