Guess what foolish thing I did today?

I swallowed the quarters of my magnesium tablet except 1/4 didn't quite go down and I took a breath and it went into my lung. THAT HURT.

omg!! sorry I missed that! Tek went head to head with me a few times.... calling me a liar and such..... so I dont go to the main message board as much as i used to...... lol sorry about your choking!!!!!!!
