I'm actually so excited about today that I'm starting this thread!!! I've gone shopping and bought some things (thanks to your suggestions). I'm looking forward to a NO TUNA week!!!! I REFUSE to eat it this week at all!!! B - oatmeal S - protein drink L - chicken quesadilla (I've got the chicken all cooked so it'll be fast and easy) S - ww english muffin w/ peanut butter; orange juice D - pork loin, green beans, salad S - some fruit probably I went to my surgeon's annual picnic last weekend and was able to talk to the new NUT there. She suggested that I add in high cal drinks to up my calories instead of trying to "eat more" ...... good idea!! So, I'm doing a gladd of OJ per day (I still have to dilute it though) I'll work on loggin this in and counting up my cals and stuff today, to see where I fall. Laurie

Hi Laurie. Good luck with your no tuna week and enjoy your quesadilla! AM - 2 cups of hot tea B - protein shake and an apple L - protein shake, small plum, s/f jello cup S - not sure. prolly a protein bar and some raw carrots D - cup of vegetarian chili and a tosses salad, something for dessert Meds and vits - done liquids - 40 oz already down - working on teh next 60 exercise - doing a 60 minute step aerobics class at the gym with a friend tonight. It will be the first time I've worked out at a gym since WLS.

B. coffee 20 oz. , ff yogurt w/1 ear corn cut off and added ( need natures broom ) S. strawberry smoothie w/soy milk and 1/2 c. beet juice L. 2 oz. chick. from souvlaki platter w 1/4 pita, 1/2 oz. feta and 3 calamati olives S. Yogurt w/crunchy kashi ( 1/2 c. ) D. ? S. fresh cut pineapple vits. 40 oz. so far - plan to get another 60 oz. by 8pm exercise/no

Hi Laurie, B-my same ol same ol-cereal and milk(keeps the plumbing lines open) L-turkey sandwhich on WW bread, 3 prunes S-1oz almonds D-salmon patties, baked sweet potatoe, green beans S-lets see if we can do better tonight-cantalope or a protein shake Candy walked 3 miles 64 oz water down so far at least 32 more to go vit left, both calcium done
