What are you eatting today???
I'm actually so excited about today that I'm starting this thread!!! I've gone shopping and bought some things (thanks to your suggestions). I'm looking forward to a NO TUNA week!!!! I REFUSE to eat it this week at all!!!
B - oatmeal
S - protein drink
L - chicken quesadilla (I've got the chicken all cooked so it'll be fast and easy)
S - ww english muffin w/ peanut butter; orange juice
D - pork loin, green beans, salad
S - some fruit probably
I went to my surgeon's annual picnic last weekend and was able to talk to the new NUT there. She suggested that I add in high cal drinks to up my calories instead of trying to "eat more" ...... good idea!! So, I'm doing a gladd of OJ per day (I still have to dilute it though) I'll work on loggin this in and counting up my cals and stuff today, to see where I fall.

AM - 2 cups of hot tea
B - protein shake and an apple
L - protein shake, small plum, s/f jello cup
S - not sure. prolly a protein bar and some raw carrots
D - cup of vegetarian chili and a tosses salad, something for dessert
Meds and vits - done
liquids - 40 oz already down - working on teh next 60
exercise - doing a 60 minute step aerobics class at the gym with a friend tonight. It will be the first time I've worked out at a gym since WLS.
