Monday: Whadjayeat Today?

Today was a good eating day for me, so I gotta share! Pre B - Nectar Protein 1.5 scoops B - blue bunny low carb yogurt and a boiled egg S - peach L - 2 slices of lean ham and 2 slices of colby jack S - 9 multi wheat graham rice cakes (mini), 1/2 cuke S - Venti Iced SF Hazlenut NF Latte (can you tell I'm back in class again? ) D - leftover chicken breast from the grill on a bed of lettuce with a little cuke and green pepper, a sliced hardboiled egg and some ff italian dressing Totals for the day: Calories: 1246 Fat: 45 Carbs: 60 Protein: 146 The only thing I would have done differently is limit myself to 1 egg, but I've been in the mood for them lately, for some reason. Vits - all but my evening calcium Water - about 70 oz Exercise - I parked on the far side of campus tonight to walk to class - hey, it's something!

B: 1/2 protein bar L: 1/2 ham, 2% cheese, and lite miracle whip sandwich (total of 1-1/2 slice cheese and ham) D: will be some chicken and possibly Barilla plus pasta. I am just not able to eat much. It hurts. I'm going to see my PCP again tomorrow. Vits: all but evening calcium Water: so far about 42 oz, it's only 4:30

B: coffee, 2 pt. WW oatmeal bar L: taco supreme 20 oz. water S: 2 pt. choc. caramel WW bar, ff yogurt L. 2 oz baked chic Tablsp peas S. apple w/ pnt btr. S. 1/2 Pb & J on wh wht/hi fib br. forgot vits am 90 oz. water walking 1 hr. in BJ's warehouse shopping and gardening 2 hrs./ exercise evening vits.

AM - 2 cups of hot tea B - protein shake and an apple L - protein shake, s/f jello cup S - 2 oz of leftover grilled trout and some raw carrots and bell pepper slices D - cup of vegetarian chili and a tossed salad, s/f popsickels (I won't say how many popsickels I ate but they added up to less than 75 calories total! Thank goodness they're so low in calories!) Meds and vits - done liquids - approx 100 oz exercise - 20 minute cardio session followed by hour-long full body toning session

B-Uncle Sam cereal and 1/4c skim milk L-egg salad sandwhich, 30 min later 1c cheesecake pudding S-Q smart bar, 3 prunes D-3oz bbq pork made into a sandwhich S-100 calorie bag popcorn S-nectarine S-3 prunes(gee can we say grazing?) Candy 4-32oz bottles of water walked 3miles
